Nice but could of been better

The hotel is at a nice location, however early morning the cleaning lady knocks on your door despite that the "come back later" sign is put. Also they don't give you soap and shampoo every day which I found annoying.

Dream Hotel

Right in the heart of midtown, this hotel is a true gem. Modern, upscale and close to everything. The walk-in shower is wonderful!! I was just a little surprised that wifi is not included but extra per day since the price of the rooms can be quite high. But other then that, it's an excellent hotel and choice!

Do not eat from food vendors on the sidewalk or in Times Square. Food is overpriced. Go to Hells Kitchen for excellent food at a reasonable price.

Best NYC hotel experience so far

This was by far the best NYC hotel I've stayed at thus far - and reasonably priced. Great room and excellent views of the city. There are definitely better hotels, but I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Shake Shack - it's on the first floor of the Intercontinental building. One of the best burger joints anywhere. Expect to wait in line, but it's worth it.

Per Christmas break

Great place to stay and right near Times Square and other areas such as 5th avenue in easy reach - only minor complaint would be service in bar - why do the restaurant staff with an empty area stand and watch the car staff struggle - how about helping out when busy and multi task
