Experience i will never forget
I stayed at this hotel with my daughter for six days. It is a nice hotel. I have stayed at deferent hotels but InK48 experience is extraordinary. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The location is perfect, short walking distance to Time Square. The view at the rooftop bar is amazing. We enjoyed the free wine every night and the internet was also free. We are very very satisfied, though there was a bit of street noise from hour third floor room, we will definitely go back again.

loved it!!
I booked this hotel for my boyfriends birthday and it was awesome! The service was great, it wasn't to far from the activities. The room was so pretty, king bed city view exquisite bathroom.. Man i did not want to l leave!!! And because it was his birthday the have us complimentary champagne!!! So dope! Love it

AWESOME!!!
Best Hotel Service I have ever gotten. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location is great, walk to times square of the Ports. Easy to get to from route 95. The hotel is modern and cool.The Press Lounge on the 16th floor is unreal. The views, decor, service were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very hip crowd, mix of young and old. Free wine every night from 5-6pm in the lobby never hurts either. Very Very Satisfied. 6 stars if available.

Go to "The Place" restaraunt and order the Hangar Steak, it was the best piece of steak I have ever had, my wife had the seared scallops that were delicious. You cant beat the small NY feel. If you need a nice romantic place to take the wife, this is the place to go!!

Great for Business on the West Side
A great hotel on the west side, it offers subtle luxury in a contemporary environment. I stay there every year and keep going back! The rooftop bar is a can;t miss.

A Little Noisy - Great view from the top
Ink 48's staff was quite courteous and much appreciated. We enjoyed the wine hour and excellent city view from the lounge! A bit of street noise from our third floor room.

Quick NYC Trip
The staff were VERY accomodating upon arrival. We valet parked the car and they had us checked in with glasses of wine in our hands in no time :) Room was trendy, super clean, great Aveda and Bigelow product and the bed was very comfortable. Only minor complaint was the fan was a bit noisy and the hair dryer was missing the nozzle piece. I will def stay there again!

Great NYE Celebration
I took my family to NY to celebrate NYE 2013. Ink48 is a nice hotel, great decor, and with friendly enough staff. They accommodated my needs for a baby crib and got me a very good baby sitter service. The reasons behind my lower scores are: 1. I contacted the concierge before my arrival to do some prep work for my one week stay. Despite my request to work things via email, he insisted in arranging things via phone. I am not a native English speaking person and, consequently, I prefer writing and reading than talking through the phone. I explained this to the concierge but he insisted in using the phone. I needed to be a bit persistent before I was able to "convince" him to use email as our communication channel. 2. In a couple of occasions I needed I remind the cleaning lady to bring enough clean towels. 3. About the location, although within walking distance from most major attractions, the surrounding establishments are not the best looking. A couple of car repair shops, gas station, and a couple of dark streets. Do not get me wrong, I would not be at all against the idea of staying there again... I would evaluate other alternatives before doing so though.
