The bath room should include a bath tub instead of shower only. This will increase comfort Breakfast facility is fantastic with many choice of food and it is included in the room charge

Fabulous, just like NYC
The first reason I booked this hotel was the price and the fairly good location to reach anything in the city by foot. Well, I can say it certainly didn't disappoint me! The room was clean and well maintained; the design of the room was accepted by my higher standards (my hobby is fashion); the free hot breakfast was of high quality. The only drama I had with this hotel was that I didn't have any hot water in the morning for about 5 hours, so it took up my time to prepare to go out. However, the staff apologized for the problem, and the hotel engineer rather quickly fixed the issue. There are many desired restaurants and attractions within walking distances, so I would definitely recommend this hotel. (Probably, I shouldn't write this good review because I don't want anyone else to know but me. :-))

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
There is a Spanish restaurant named Toledo (6 East 36th Street, between 5th and Madison Ave.) which is very close to the hotel even by walking, and I had a positive experience at the hotel. Elegant setting, excellent food with friendly service, but almost every main dish priced over $20 - I would recommend this to people who would like to experience something new from ordinary dining.

perfekt für den städtetrip
Ich muss sage. wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, und modern was man bei einem fast neuen Hotel wohl auch erwarten darf. Leider war unser Zimmer wohl kaum für 5 Personen ausgelegt, somit war es mit 2 Queen beds und einem ausgeklappten Sofa doch etwas sehr eng, doch für uns trotzdem ideal. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: 5 Minuten zu Penn-station, von wo alles mit der Subway gut erreichbar ist. Zum Times Square sind es knapp 10 wobei dies meiner Meinung nach perfekt ist, da man Nachts auch keinen Lärm hörte und bestens Schlafen konnte. Frühstücksbuffet inklusive am morgen war auch gut. Einziges Manko: Einer unserer Koffer kam nicht am Flughafen an, und sollte uns am nächsten Tag ins Hotel gebracht werden. Dies haben wir an der Reception auch gleich beim Ankommen mitgeteilt und uns wurde gesagt, dass der Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht werde. Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen jeden Tag, hiess es der Koffer sei noch nicht da. Dann am vorletzten Tag, hat ein sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter gesagt, dass der Koffer längst angekommen sei, und wir ihn endlich holen sollten. Zum Glück waren wir nicht auf den Koffer angewiesen. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich Jedenfalls: Gerne wieder
