Hudson - A Morgans Hotel

From the moment of check in there was the apparent effort to provide the best service possible; from the choice of rooms to my personal concern of staying within my budget. The staff etc. were there for personal needs or unexpected urgency and always with a smile. The rooms were uniquely fashioned in a modern minimalist style and offered a look of heavenly aura with its all white walls and fabric with the chrome accents and dark wood floors. When in the room it was like resting on a cloud. I would go back. The location was exactly as needed in relation to my destinations in the city and the airport.

I've stayed at the Hudson three times. It's really my hotel of choice. It's clean and close to everything. Being a block from Central Park is the best! And near all the different subway lines makes it easy to get around NYC from the hotel. And of course I love the pleasant outdoor spaces at the hotel itself.

Staff went the extra mile, very accommodating. Room, although small, felt good to be in. Lobby and outdoor heated bar area so well decorated! I kept finding places I just wanted to "be" in.

Great location for those traveling to the upper side Manhatten.

From the ride up the escalator and entrance into the amazing lobby, to the sleek decor and outstanding service, the Hudson exceed all expectations. I will definitely be back. Only the smallest standard room size was available -- which is really small (150 sq ft!) -- so I'll plan to spend a little more next time for a larger room on a higher floor.

I enjoyed being at the Hudson hotel, it is conveniently located to get to just about anything. The staff was very helpful and informative. It would be better for a cheaper or free internet access.

I loved staying here!. I stayed for 1 week. I loved the look of the room...it was clean and modern. The staff was amazing and helpful. I swear they have every cable channel you could ask for and FREE Wifi!!! Close to shopping, food, subway, and food markets. The empty mini fridge was an added bonus. I took advantage and stocked it with groceries for the week with food from Wholefoods down the street. The next time I or any of my friends or family need a hotel, I am recommending this one for sure :)

From the moment I arrived, until the moment I checked out, the service was awesome. My room was always clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was about in the middle of everything. Close to Central park and not too far from Time square. The standard room size was perfect for a single person, being that majority of my vacation was spent exploring the city. The ambiance/atmoshphere was unique. It had a modern style that was warm and elegant. Free wi-fi was also a plus! I had a great experience and would do it all over again.

Great location close to central park & subway. The rooms were very clean the staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast is over priced but the hotel is surrounded by little cafes that are better value there is vending machines & ice available on all floors. There is free wi fi & a business centre where you can print your boarding passes. There is a concierge desk but there are no leaflets on local attractions. The rooms are small but average for nyc & air conditioned there is traffic noise but thats expected. Its located in Hells Kitchen area which has some stigma attached but really its very safe even walking at night. 5 stars :)))
