Great Lower East Side Location
Picked this hotel for it's location and found the place pretty nice. It isn't quiet (nightclub on first floor, thin walls), but it was stylish decorated and spacious for a NY hotel. I would stay here again.

Lower East Side Stay
One of the better hotels in the Lower East Side. Plenty to do in the area - an assortment of restaurants, shopping in SOHO, walking and people watching. A very eclectic populous in the area that provides a richness of experience. One thing to keep in mind - there are many bars nearby and when they close at 4 AM it sounds like New Years at midnight.

The pace to stay LES
This is perfectly located hotel in an exciting neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. The room was typical size for the area, small, but clean and super view. Besides the view, the bed and super sized shower were outstanding. Negative no do not dsturb signs so the knocks on the door from service were annoying.

Perfect downtown hotel.
This is my favorite NYC neighborhood; lively, quaint and edgy at the same time. This hotel is my new favorite...clean, the bed was heaven, we had a Corner King with private balcony on the 18th floor, and the view was killer. The shower was possibly the best I've ever used, with a huge window that opened. So freaking cool. The ONLY thing that would make my next stay more enjoyable would be an espresso machine in the room.

A Book's Cover
Don't be put off by the neighborhood, the non-descript facade, or the noisy restaurant on the ground floor. Allow yourself to be taken in, for the moment you walk through the front door you have entered a world of fantasy. The decor is wild yet quiet; the rooms, with floor to ceiling windows including in the shower, very comfortable, clean, and exciting. The staff, helpful; and there are many restaurants from which to choose close by. A great choice, and great value. Also, easy to get to and from JFK.

Perfektes Hotel
