Great locaton near Times Square
This hotel was within walking distance of the theatres and Times Square. Easily accessable. The concerge was terrific and had great suggestons for dinner and brunch. I'll be back!

Small Room
The hotel was great and the location couldn't be any better, but I was definitely surprised by the hotel room size. It was SO SMALL! I guess I should have expected that from being in Manhattan, but the website pictures did not prepare me at all. It was almost like rooming in a walk-in closet. All in all, the location was great and I would stay here again for the location purposes.

New Year's 2011
My first experience at this hotel was to inquire a few things before we got there. Jonathan answered the phone and delivered excellent customer service before and when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable the rooms were clean and the staff was very professional, polite and accomodating. Booking our trip early found us a great rate and being half a block from Times Square, a great loaction.

Great Location and Great Price
Rooms were small but what do you expect for New York City Times Square area. The price was good and the location was insanely good (right off Time Square).

Comfortable, clean and great location
We arrived just before 3 pm but our room was ready and in fact they had upgraded us to a 2-twin bed room as I was travelling with my daughter, who is a university student. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed. Free Wi-fi and we were just a 2-min walk to Times Square. Our return flight was a late one but there was no problem leaving our bags secure with the concierge. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and strongly consider staying again on a return trip.

Don't hesitate to ask for discounts or coupons! We were in line to get tickets for the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City and I asked about discounts and an employee handed me a 2 for 1 coupon. We enjoyed an amazing show for $37.50 each - our best show bargain in NYC.

Excellent location
Check in was easy. The location is 2 blocks off Times square. Close to Union Station, 5th & 6th Avenues. There are many excellent restaurants nearby! Nice hotel with a great staff!
