Hotel Indigo NEW YORK CITY - CHELSEA

Hotel is very small but the staff was very friendly. Great location

We had the pleasure of scoring a very good rate at this hotel, which only made the stay seem that much better. Everything in the hotel is new and very clean. The staff were warm and friendly, the room fairly good sized for NYC, and it was withing walking distance of Times Square. The ONLY negative for me was that the nouveax bathroon had a standng shower with no shower curtain or separator of any kind, so water sprays everywhere when you bathe.

Excellent location - close to several subway lines. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. Free WIFI was a huge plus. We'll be back.

This is was a nightmare from the beginning. When we walked in there was exposed wire and brown water marks on the ceiling from a leak. You could see all of the employee's personal belongings behind the front desk.The front desk were so unprofessional. And the clerk had on so much perfume you could taste it as soon as you entered the lobby! We had booked a room with 2 double beds. When we arrived they had us in a room with 1 king bed for 3 people. After some arguing with them, they put us in a king suite (1 king bed with a sofa sleeper). We went to our rooms and someone else had there luggage and purses in there. We went back down to the front desk and explained. They put us in another king suite. In this room the pull out bed was broke and the sofa was to small to sleep on. At this point we were exhausted and 1 person slept on the floor. Then at 4:00am the neighbors came in loud and woke us all up. The walls are paper thin.I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy!

Perfect room in a great location. Great Staff. Only complaint is the pillows are too soft, but that's not much of a complaint!

The Hotel Indigo is located in the middle of the Flower District, and is surrounded by flower outlets. It is very convenient to the subway. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable except for the noisy air conditioner. For food, go somewhere else. The service was non-existent. It took about an hour and a half to have a simple breakfast, and at a very high price. The waitstaff was extremely rude and avoided comint to our table..

Very pleased with this hotel. The location is very convenient, the staff very pleasant and helpful. Room is small but accommodates a king sized bed. Amenities meant for one person but we requested a second bathrobe and pair of slippers and they were brought up within 15 minutes. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, flat screen tv, safe all in room. I would stay here again.

Room is exactly like we reserved , very helpful staff, quiet at night, we had 2 rooms,,both are so clean , we will be back if we get chance to go that city again,

Hotel Indigo was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. The bathroom was modern, which was a nice touch. The water had a tendency to spill out of the shower, but that was due to the design. If noise does not bother you, the rooms at the front of the hotel were great. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Staff were wonderful in assisting guests when needed. Wish the rooftop bar was open when we were there. Hotel itself was quiet. Location was good, lots of flower shops on the block but otherwise, away from the action. Short walk to 2 subway lines and basic tourist attractions. Lots of great places to eat in Chelsea and Flatiron within a stone's throw.

This hotel is so nice. It is modern and unique and extremely clean and homey. The room to me felt like an apartment. It was in a nice location and the rooftop bar was a nice addition as well. There are so many channels on the beautiful flatscreen tv and the addition of wine glasses and a Keurig single cup coffee maker add classiness to the already gorgeous experience. Not only would I stay here again but I have looked up Other Hotel Indigos and plan to stay here in other locations as well ! Enjoy!!!
