Room needs extra comforts

Staff was great except for hotel manager who would not let me cancel hotel or get another room as requested. Hotel was fully booked so why couldn't they out of goodwill let me out of staying there. The pool closes at 6:00 and it is daylight until 8. It is tiny also. The bathroom does not have anywhere to put toiletries. The sink is a tiny circle sticking out of the wall. No chair in room except for a beanbag chair that forces youth sit upright. The neighborhood is deplorable and skanky. The only good thing is the free use of an iPad with a great mix of iTunes.

don't bother

uncomfortable cold rooms. no chair in room. stone floor. no place to put toiletries. Tiny shelf for a desk.

Very modern; very clean; great west side location

I stayed here on a Saturday evening because my son had a photo shoot on the west side very early on Sunday morning. The hotel was perfectly located. The room was VERY clean and the desk was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would caution is that the room is more for a couple or a single person - - not a mother/child. It is very modern with sharp edges and a semi-see through shower wall (I had to shower in the dark). The amenities are top notch! Cool electric shades; in-room iPad; VERY comfy bed. Very spacious; lots of closet space, too. I would definitely stay there again!
