The Hilton Times Square offers an excellent location for travelers who want to experience the energy of Times Square or enjoy Broadway shows. Its 42nd Street address puts guests steps from theaters, restaurants and shopping. The hotel has fitness and business centers. Spacious rooms provide plenty of space to relax. Hilton at Times Square was roomy and dining service was excellent. Times Square is not the best of areas in Manhatten,but the Hilton staff are pleasant and helpful.

Great 4th Experience!
Hilton Times Square was a perfect location on a relaxing 4th of July trip. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and the beds were super comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!!

My review of Hilton Times Square
The Hilton Time Square was comfortable, sublimeand calming which says a lot being on 42nd street in Time Square. i loved the amenities in my room especially the the Hilton robe. I will certainly be back at this location.

helpful staff
We had a lot of delays and waits in getting from Pittsburgh to NYC but once we stepped foot in the Hilton, the staff took over and saw to it that our every need was met. One step inside the door, and a staff member took our suitcases and guided us to the lobby where check-in went smoothly. The concierge was able to advise us on our daily trips with 100% accuracy. We loved the hotel and staff.

very comfortable
We thought this hotel was very nice. The room was a good size and we had a lovely view of the river and the Empire State Bldg. Also, the location was great. We were close to the Port Authority bus station, the theatres, good restaurants, and Times Square.

Tourist friendly
We loved the location, hotel staff, and cleanliness of room and hotel in general. Food was very good although pricey. Only shortcoming in the room was the drawer space.There was very little and we had to keep clothes in our suitcases which was an inconvenience.

My review of Hilton Times Square
it was a great location for the food network festival. however, most of the cab drivers suck. i was in town for the first time and i knew locations better then them. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. long lines and wait at the consierge table.

Excellent Concierge service
THe two young girls working the concierge desk were outstanding. Polite, energetic, very helpful, friendly. Made resturant reservations easily at the drop of a hat! What a wonderful experience! Our maid/housekeeping service was also outstanding. The young lady that took care of our room 4212 was gracious, eager to please, trustworthy, and so kind.

The BIG red apple
Located at the 'Heart' of the City
We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. We did a lot of site seeing. The time we did spend at the hotel was very pleasurable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is also important to mention. You can't beat the location and the reasonable rates. All of these factors combined made for an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
