Unbeatable place for the price
The hotel was wonderful in the middle of time square we walked and shopped and enjoyed a play the trip and hotel was awsome...

Great location for theatre goers
The front desk was extremely helpful when I checked in and discovered that my one room for three nights had been actually ordered by [...]as three rooms for three nights. The clerk said that the hotel would take care of the problem with [...] I found all staff to be very efficient and pleasant.

nice hotel, good location
The room was clean and the service very good. We had an awful trip on a shuttle from the airport. The Bellhop who took us up to our room the first night arranged for a town car for our return trip to the airport. It was cheaper, easier, and a lot more relaxing.

Long walk from hotel
Ask about the subway and how to navigate it. Saves time and money. Cabs are great but know where you are going and how far away it is or they will take you the long way and it will cost you. We had a small map and let the cab driver know where were going.

Great location for first time visitors
The Hilton Times Square is a great place to stay for first time visitors to NYC. It is in the middle of everything you would want to see and do. I stayed here my first time in NYC and brought my mother and sister back for their first trip and they loved it - we walked to the theatre and most restaurants.
