Great Lower East Side Hotel

Fantastic stay!
My friend, her teenage son and I camped out in New York for 3 nights, for the kid's first visit to the Big Apple. We chose the Hilton Garden/Tribeca based on a friend's recommendation. It was great! Sparkling clean. Very nice restaurant. Convenient!! The subway station is right out the front door. Near everything!!! The only drawback was, the bed was supposed to be like a sleep number bed and mine didn't seem to work.

There is a deli right around the corner that does breakfast and sandwiches 24/7 and they deliver for free. Their menu is in the binder in each hotel room.

No surprises, good for business
Hilton Garden is what you would expect from a chain in the city. Hotel was very clean. They have those adjustable foam mattresses which I think are horrible, but I'm sure some people like them. The thermostat didn't seem to control the all on or all off window heater/air conditioner very well. Continental breakfast was very pricey. $16 + tip for a normally free item wasn't great. Good internet options, convenient location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall just a normal 3 star hotel.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. It was conviently located at the Canal Street subway. This made for easy access to all parts of the city. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable with a refrigerator as an added bonus. Good price for the area. Overall, very pleased with the hotel and would recommend to travelers.

Friends gateway
My girlfriend and I got a room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean and it had the minimum amenieties. The staff was really nice and very helpful. The hotel's location, in the center of Tribeca, was very convinient and one block from the metro. We enjoyed walking in the nearby neighborhood and we discovered nice restaurants and little shops. We will definitely consider stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again in the future

Perfect hotel for anyone who doesnt mind taking the subway
The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. THe subway station was near and it was easy to go everywhere in manhattan. Lots of good restaurants and atractions near.

Fantastic hotel
The hotel was verynice include the facilities , the staff were very gentle and polite and willing to help on any problem. The room was very clean . The location is very good ,close to many attraction. On my next visit in NY , I'll visit this hotel.
