Hidden Gem!
For someone who doesn't travel a lot, I can say without hesitation that I would return to this hotel. It's location puts you steps away from the subway - with lines that run right near Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza, and is only a short walk from Penn Station (great if you have a few pieces of luggage and don't want to take a cab). I also felt safe walking around in this neighborhood, with a dozen or so decent eateries to chose from for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As far as the hotel itself, my room was small but clean, the gym was small but had all the equipment I was looking for, and I found my stay there to be pleasant and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities decent (sleep-number style beds and HDTV's). Overall, if I were traveling back to NYC, I would pick this spot again for sure.

Good quality & Experience
Good quality and value. Fairly new hotel and rooms are big for NYC standards. Sadly, housekeeping knocked fairly early to clean the room and that ended my sleep..

Happy in New York
Great hotel
We had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was very convenient, within a block from the subway. The workout room was also well equipped.

good place
it's a great hotel. can be loud at night and rooms can be cold. I did order a room with a kingsize bed but the hotel gave me two queen size instead. when asking for a change, they said they were fully booked and that it was the fault of the internet booking agent.
