Easter Break to the big apple!
Friendly efficient staff. Everything as had booked was ready without delay. Breakfast is great value, simple but tasty and would have saved us a fortune as a family! Good value hotel 10 mins walk to Times Square and Central Park. Would return here without a second thought as a simple, clean well located good value hotel.

Ellen's Stardust Diner just off 52nd and Broadway is good value and great fun... Especially for family's. 2 min walk from the hotel.

Great Value, perfect for families!
Great location, great value, free coffee and hot chocolate all day, free wifi, concierge service a plus, and free breakfast. Rooms a bit outdated, but nothing too bad.

Overnight in NYC
Got online with O in the morning, was in a fine hotel with good location, amenities, staff, etc. at night! Great benefit begin able to leave my bags, both when we arrived to early to check in, then after we checked out but still wanted to see the city. Usual hotel breakfast - was fine. A step up (one more star) from the smaller botique hotel we booked on our last visit (and we paid for the incremental difference - was worth it).

Fantastic Time
Tha staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Exceptional clean in all areas, free internet use and printing for your boarding passes, free local calls, 24hr tea, coffee & hot chocolate always stocked. Great choice at breakfast and lots of it, busy after 8.30. Would stay at this hotel again no problem. Iron & board in your room, free safe, coffee machine, best pillows I've ever slept on, was out like a light every night & had the best nights sleep ever.

Go to Atlantic City, $36 return or free with a NYC pass card. Ur ticket is valid for 4 days so u can stay there. Lovely beach and outlet shops galour you dont need Woodbury Common which was $44.

Great Location....
The location of the hotel is in the Theatre District and it was easy to walk to a lot of attractions. I would suggest researching things in advance and not relying on their conciierge service. When asking for a place to go that night he recommended we got to a bar. Which would have been fine if my 14 year old stepdaugther wasn't with me. When I advised him of this fact he freely added that they wouldn't proof her. Guess I'm not the cool of a stepmom, but we had a great time at the wax museum instead!

USA ADDICTION
excellent location
First night was not great. After a long flight we was given the wrong room and was given small put you up beds for my teenage daughters, the next day the room was sorted out. The day staff in the hotel were very helpful and tried their best to sort any problems and offered us 50% discount for the first night and a late check out room on day of departure. I would use this hotel again the location was excellent for most of the sight seeing and shopping, it was also not too noisy, as some parts of Times Square can be.

Great place to stay!
This was our first trip to New York City and I would highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located and within walking distance to the Theatre District and Rockefeller Center and anywhere else you can easily reach as the subway entrance is only a block away! Breakfast was well stocked and the service was wonderful. The next tilme I head to the city, that is where I will stay!
