Great stay in Lower Manhattan.
First time to New York. The staff was very welcoming, helped with directions and always greeted me. Great knowledge of area and even helped setup a ride back to the airport. I traveled on business but would stay at this place again anytime I come back to New York. Just about a block from the Subway so easy access to anywhere in the city.

Great stay & price. Amazing Continental Breakfast.
It was a great stay for the value. Room was probably discounted because of the construction being done across the street. It woke us up early in the morning around 7am-8am. It was fine though cause we headed down to the free fully loaded continental breakfast. Probably one of the best continental breakfast I've seen in a hotel. We asked if we could have a later check out and they said it was no problem.

Work Trip
Location was key to the whole trip.We had a meeting at NYU and it was only a few blocks away. It was located right in the middle of everything we needed to do. We booked at the last minute and the price was great. We saw similar hotels in the area for much more money.

Arriving at 7am from the west coast my daughter and I were warmly welcomed, given an early morning check-in and an offer to be the first guest for breakfast that day. I was so thankfrul for the hospitality because we had a 12 noon tour/meeting at NYU and couldn't have made it without the caring, kindness and helpfulness of the awesome staff at Hampton Inn Soho. Our 4-day stay was great because of where we stayed.

Worked well for us
Overnight visit o NYC to visit our daughter who works in Soho. Chose hotel for location. We drove in and hotel was easy to find from holland tunnel. Check in was easy. We're able to park on the street across from hotel for free! Room was nice with view of Empire State Bldg. Bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious. Breakfast standard for Hampton Inn, seating limited. Lobby and lounge are tiny, but it didn't matter. Would stay again.

Nice Staff, Poor Amenities
The air conditioner was out of order. It took them a considerable time to fix it. Even though it was fixed, it did a horrible sound and kept me awake at night. The hotel staff was very warm and kind. The breakfast was sufficient for a NY hotel. The fitness room was nothing more than 2 treadmills and several sets of dumbbells.

Nice hotel in SoHo
This was a very clean, friendly hotel. Within walking distance of the main shopping sections and galleries of SoHo, and the continental breakfast was more than just muffins and yogurt. Recommended.

Nice hotel, good location.
The only disapointment was the room size. Expected it to be bigger.
