Quick vacation to NYC
This was a perfect place to stay. About average in price per night, but had a lot of class. My Son said "Thank You" when we walked in. Things inside the walls were pricey, but step into Grand Central next door, and everything was resonable. Location was terrific. Grand Central is attached, so it was very easy to navigate the city, once you understood the subway system. I'd definately stay here again.

Location makes the difference
We never could get the room temperature where we wanted it. Slept w/ the A/C on. Otherwise, very nice.

Fantastic 3 day shopping trip
Great Location. Rooms Bathroom could have done with being slightly bigger. However overall perfect for our half term break.

Long walk from hotel
If you can, walk as much as possible that way you get to experience New York, also use the subway (very easy) although living in London helps, as we are use to using The tube system to get around) however it's great fun you feel like a real New Yorker!

This is a really great hotel!
Stayed for 3 nights in a king bed grand club room. Room was great, stuff very helpful, the location is absolutely amazing. The access to the Grand Club was a really good plus. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Couple's Retreat
After researching many hotels, we stayed at the Grand Hyatt and it was the best decision. I would recommend staying on the 16th floor...which is Club Level. You will be able to enjoy complimentary breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Todd was so accomodating in the Club Level lounge. We stayed in a king corner room and was so surprised at the size of the room...it would be considered "huge" by New York standards. The bellmen were so helpful. This will be the only place we stay from now on....right by Grand Central- which made it super easy to get to everything!

Balanced value buy
Great room and above the top purchase if you go club level. Don't expect the cleanest room though.

Family visit
We travelled to NYC to visit family, so the location of this hotel was excellent. Adjacent to Grand Central, it was so easy to take trains anywhere we needed to go. The hotel itself was very nice, although I personally did not care for the dark decor. Staff was attentive. Room was very comfortable and clean, and it met our expectations. As crowded as the hotel was, we never heard anything once inside the room. We did not dine at the hotel, prices for breakfast seemed high, even for NYC. Overall, however, a very good experience.
