Great Location! Friendly and clean hotel!
The hotel is right across grand central, easy access to all subway lines. 5min walk to fifth ave and Madison ave. Hotel staffs are friendly. Rooms are relatively big with very comfy bed. Bathroom is big and clean as well!

Perfect location right nest to Grand Central. Check-In was quick and friendly. Room was clean. Good value for price

Very nice hotel, BUT.....
The hotel itself was vey nice, perfect location and the staff was very friendly. However, we valet'd our car and it was returned with damage to the bumper and we have been unable to get a returned phone call from the insurance adjuster that the garage uses. Bad business if you ask me.

Terrific Location
Our room was immaculate and the mattress was perfect for a great night's sleep. The location by Grand Central Station could not have been better. We enjoyed the adjoining Wheeltapper Lounge for a light snack and drink-loved the Irish themed decor. The staff was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We intend to stay here again.

Cellar 58 at 58 Second Avenue in the East Village-terrific food and a great atmosphere! Reasonably priced and the owner, Maria, is very warm and welcoming.

Bar brings down hotel rating
We went to this hotel for St. Patrick's weekend. On Friday the bar was just OK but Saturday it was terrible. The prices were the same but the staff was rude, unfriendly and they used plastic cups for all drinks. WhenI insisted on a wine glass or take the wine back they practically threw the glass at me. The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating and should teach their bar staff how to treat paying customers.

Awesomeness
We went to the wax museum and time square. Great location dining in walk distance Also the hotel is a stone throw away from Grand central station.
