Overnight stay
Very happy with the hotel. It was a great location, very clean and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!!! Highly recommend it.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel
The staff was nice and the mid-town location was good. Unfortunately, however, the room was just awful. It was the size of a closet, and the bed was so small I couldn't sleep. I have bruises on my shins from running into the edge of the bed several times. And we paid over $250 per night! It was nice to have a restaurant next to the hotel that was open all day. They have a nice club on the top floor, but the drinks were $16 and all of the servers and bartenders were women in tiny little dresses. That might be nice for male customers, but we were looking for a place to be waited on by men. It seems Manhattan is not a good destination for a gal pal weekend.

Stay-cation
I wanted to get away for the weekend. I live in Manhattan but I wanted the tourist experience for my guest. They had a great time and the price was decent for the weekend. Quiet, clean, and a decent size especially for NYC. I would stay here again

Nice hotel
The location of this hotel is really good as you are only 5 minutes from Times Square. The room was comfortable and clean but small. Our first night we stayed there it was a Saturday night and it was very noisy. There were people shouting at 4am. After that night it was really quiet and we didn't have any problems at all. I would also recommend the restaurant especially for breakfast.

Great Location, Good Service
Nice hotel, with friendly staff, in a great location at a fair price. Right on Broadway in mid-town - convenient for the theater. Steps from the Ed Sullivan Theater - perfect for Letterman. The rooms were a bit small and sparely appointed, but spotless and adequate(if you are in NYC for the weekend, how much time do you spend in your room?). Bell staff were helpful and friendly as were the front desk staff on both check in and check out. The building has a history of famous guests and residents - ask the staff. Service in Serafina was a bit slow, but perhaps as I just wanted in and out.

Unique hotel in great location
Dream Hotel in NYC was a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds were turned down each night. The rooms were pretty small but cozy. The location was excellent and the roof top lounge provided a geat view of the city. I would stay there again the next time I visit NYC.

Broadway shows were just a few blocks away and the subway entrance was on the same block. The deli on the corner had fresh squeezed orange juice each day and a huge variety of fresh food/beverages to choose from.

Very nice hotel
The dream hotel was very comfortable, the room wasn't big but it was always clean, the bed was soft, and it looks very nice with its blue light. Every day you find apples on your pillows :-)
