Dream come true
Ideal hotel - ideal location, prefect for our adventure to the Big Apple, tbh we didn't really spend that much time in the hotel as we wanted to explore the amazing city, but the time we did spend recharging our batteries in the hotel was more than fine! Cleaned daily, quiet room, everything working! :) :)

Hospitable Comfort
When I checked in I discovered my reservation had been incorrectly booked for the day before, but the desk manager efficiently rebooked me at a very good rate and I was soon in my elegant room. The linens and bedding are luxurious. The hotel design is imaginative and very elegant. I loved it!

Great location
This hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small, but it is very typical for the city. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Great B-Day get away
The hotel is very modern and comfy. The hotel staff was average. They stay don't have complimentary breakfast, but there is great restaurants in the ares. The location is fantastic. I would go again.

Fantastic Location, great staff
The biggest advantage I found from this hotel was the location - less than a minute from the yellow line, which takes you to many of the great places in NYC. The staff were so friendly and helpful before, during, and after the stay. Saturday night the whole place turned into a club scene, which for some may or may not be a good thing, but the room was very quiet. The standard room is incredibly small; the picture makes it look a lot larger than it is. However, that is to be expected in Manhattan. Very comfortable bed. Slightly dingy bathroom, but not a deal breaker.

Nice NYC Hotel
Dreams was a good hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Even the large king room was small but very clean. The holel's location is great--right next to a subway station, very close to Central Park and shopping, and within walking distance to Broadway. All and all, a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay at Dream again.

Cool Hotel but Not for Families
Perfect hotel if you're visiting NYC and plan to party. Cool bars and lots of other people like you. Not a good place for business or family travelers. Each night drunk people woke me up, stumbling and yelling down the hall. The neon blue lights out the windows make it impossible to sleep with the shades up. The staff was great, the bars were cool, the location good if you're into the Times Square stuff. Ameninities left a bit to be desired. Bed was squeeky and uncomfortable, carpet trashed, medicine cabinet rusty. Overall for the price in Manhattan, though, I would recommend it.

Nice to visit.....
Hotel was clean and located in a great location. Draw back - the wake up service did not work on the day we had to leave. They apologized but did not really offer any recompense. I mean if we had missed our flight as a result I would have been really upset. The WAKE UP SERVICE is really important. The front desk clerk even said "well it confirms that you received it", it is computer generated and NO I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CALL. Pls don't tell me I did!

Weekend Getaway
We were fortunate to get a room on the 10th floor so didn't have to worry about any noise except people slamming doors. The room was small, but it is NY. It was quite comfortable. Took a few minutes for hot water to make it up to the 10th floor but then it was fine. Service was wonderful - housekeeping came by around 7 to see if we wanted extra towels, amenities and oranges! Great location for activities in midtown.
