Absolutely a Five Star Experience

Staying at Conrad was an awesome experience. Room was really nice and comfortable. Rain shower head was so good that it was so hard to get out of the shower. Beautiful living room. Breakfast was really yummy. I loved those Belgian waffles. I was given a riverside room upon request, so nice view, I didn't like that I could not pull up the blinds. I highly recommend going to Rockefeller Nelson Park right across from the hotel. Only bad thing about the hotel is you have to walk half a mile to get to the nearest subway station. But if you don't mind a little walk its such a nice place to stay. One more thing, the hotel is great for couple. But if you are with family keep in mind that the shower and bathroom have no locks so might not give you absolute privacy

Excellent location, but no pool!

For any business or pleasure downtown, outstanding location. Close to everything and very quiet at night. Very close to 9/11 Memorial and Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty ferries. Goldman Sachs is literally 2 minutes away, you barely leave the indoors to get there. Rooms are very spacious, can easily accomodate two small children in addition to Mom and Dad.

MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY TRIP

The hotel was very nice"and the rooms were fantastic ....they had great service and a wonderful staff. I would stay there again for sure...

Friendly and accommodating staff!

As soon as we drove in Solomon greeted us and took care of us off the bat! The room was high tech and sleek. Everything was great. The shower was like you were in a mini spa and we were refreshed. Even though we stayed only one night, next time we visit NYC we will definitely come back and stay for longer! Thanks to the entire hotel for such a pleasant stay.

Take the train into midtown if you don't mind the subway. Cabs from battery park will range from $25-30 without even tipping. A train for 2 people will be $4 total
