Ok experience.
Over all, not a bad place to stay. But the heavy hallway doors slamming woke me up earlier than I wanted to be awakened. Good location. Decent breakfast.

This hotel is prefect for the large family. We had a 2 bedroom unit with one bathroom that comfortable fit 6 people. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the property and the location can't be beat.

Great experience, Friendly Staff
Our family enjoyed our stay - the staff was excellent - the concierge went out of his way to walk us to the subway station to make sure we got on the right train. The hotel is relatively close to most of the sights and has two subway stations within two blocks. Free breakfast helped us save money. Rooms were on the small side but definitely adequate for our family of five. I do want to emphasize how friendly and helpful the staff was and it was also nice they let us check secure our luggage before our check in time and after our checkout so we could enjoy the full time in the city.

For a great panoramic view of NYC - go to the Top of the Rock at Rockerfeller Center - awesome view of the whole city at about 1/6 the cost

Fantastic family getaway (location wise)
The hotel is very near to the empire state building (only two bloc away) the room was very small and I don’t want to describe the bad sheets situation at the first day (especially the smudges… ) the breakfast was less than average but the hotel location is the important issue. For a place to stay with children’s is nice and good . Try avoid a room located near by the elevator! The noise was terrible

Great location in Flatiron district
The room was a bit dreary and hallways smelled of smoke, but a fine enough place to sleep. Just around the corner from Eataly: a big plus.

Last Minute Success
I had a last minute trip for work that I heard about on Saturday with travel to stay Tuesday night. Of course, I was freaking out with timing & cost also, but was very pleased that I found the Comfort Inn which ended up being the best price & only a block away from where I had to be for an 8am meeting. I will definitely come back!

Clean and Quiet
Room was clean - bed was incredibly comfortable - location was quiet. For the purpose of being in town 1 night - (most of that time spent out of the hotel room), this was a perfect experience. Would definitely come back here again for the over all value.

Clean & very quiet!
Cleanliness was my first and basically only priority. We were in town for the night - and basically only sleeping in the room for a matter of hours - and showering. It was perfect for our needs. Friendly people (both patrons and staff). The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Our room was facing the back alley - not the street - which could have accounted for the extra quiet. All in all - I will always remember this hotel and seek to go back there.
