A Nice Stay on Wall Street
The Club Quarters on Wall Street was a great place to stay for the short period I was there. The staff was very helpful and the place was perfect for walking or catching the subway to other places in the city. It was also very quiet at night so sleeping wasn't a problem.

Short Trip
The hotel was nice and in a great location. The rooms were also comfortable. The only problem was that there was construction in the room right next to us which was very loud in the morning and disruptive.

No Customer Service Here
Bad hotel management staff. You are on your own at this hotel; if you need anything, they will not make things right.

Great weekend!
After Sandy, was hesitant to stay in a Downtown Manhattan Hotel. Furthermore, we were used to staying uptown. Well, I'm glad we took a chance! This hotel was great! It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was wonderful, very helpful. Also very convenient location, right down the street from the subway and there's a 24hr store around the other corner! The free filtered bottled water was very nice as well, especially to take along on your way out to explore the city!

first time to New York Ci
Easy access to all Manhattan
The hotel was safe. There was easy access to every part of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved getting bottled water. This was my first trip to New York in a long time. There wasn't a view. The heat was turned off while I was out and it took a while to warm up when I returned in the evening. The dining area was very comfortable and staff very friendly. The room was small but comfortable for one person. Getting new shampoo and moisterizer was very nice since I came with only a carry on and didn't want to bring these. I had wanted to stay at Club Quarters World Trade Center but it was closed due to hurricane. This is a good hotel if you are there on business.

I found the bed is not that clean. Besides this, it is a really good hotel overall.

NYC Layover
Great value! The ONLY area of immediate attention is the noise factor throughout the evening and post midnight hours. The back up alarms and the engine noise of LOTS of garbage and delivery trucks was heard FREQUENTLY during sleeping hours. Thanks for an otherwise good and value oriented stay.
