Great Location and Excellent Staff
The hotel is in the middle of midtown and is near the theatre district. The staff was very helpful.

Great time, wonderful location!
This hotel is located just five minutes' walk from Times Square, yet is quiet, elegant and very attentive. The staff outdid themselves for me--this is the second time I've stayed here--since I broke my foot just before the trip and required extra attention: they were champs! Honestly, I can't say enough about Club Quarters hotels, and this one in particular!

There are two or three excellent restaurants located either next door--Gaby's--or down the street a little--Antalia and Risette--which makes things so much simpler. The hotel dining room is also excellent.

A good NY stay
We have been doing an annual NYC Christmas trip for almst 20 yrs and this hotel has been near the top of the list. Pricing a bit high, but location is central, rooms small but adequate and clean, with no apparent "wear" distractions. Bathrooms small, but, again, clean and adequate. Reminded us of some European hotels we've experienced. Would definitely stay there again.

Just a bit overpriced but otherwise terrific
The room was small but clean and well appointed. Odd thing was that the king sized bed seemed to be two twins pushed together - there was quite a deep seam. the location is great and the hotel is very quiet (meant for business types). They have a fine lounge with coffee always available. There are several good restaurants nearby. My only problem was the price which only seemed low by comparison but was still high in reality. But maybe that's New York City

Adequate hotel
This hotel lacked dining services. Breakfast was limited and wasn't available until 8am. Entry into the hotel via steps was awkward when carrying a heavy suitcase, there should have been a ramp. Location was ideal and noise level was fine

Great location, clean room.
Very handy to Times Square. Free bottled water and coffee, reasonably priced breakfast. Early check-in was accommodated without an issue. Will stay again without a doubt.

Comfortable and great location
This was a great location for me. Close to Times Square, Central Park, 5th Ave. My room was very small, but that's typical in NYC, and clean. I was in the back so it was also very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Great Location at a Great Price
I visit New York City often and I finally found my go-to hotel whenever I’m in NYC. I was a bit concerned about the size of the room after reading some reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to see that there is PLENTY of space in this room! It’s a very clean, modern and comfortable room with a Keurig, flat-screen TV and an iPhone charger. The location is perfect because it’s only a couple blocks from Times Square and it’s right across the street from my favorite used Japanese bookstore, Book-Off. The service is great as well. I called for extra pillows and an ironing board and it was delivered in minutes. Plus, I love that they offer free bottled water! The free wifi worked well and I was able to use the business center to print out my boarding passes. They also store your luggage for free, but make sure you have some extra time when picking up your luggage. I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to get my luggage (they store it upstairs, so it takes a little longer for someone to get them). Overall, I loved this place!!

Nice Tourist Hotel
This hotel was in a good location. It was near a metro station and Bryant park. The staff was friendly but did not knock before entering the room in the morning. They conveniently had filtered water stations with water bottles. This was the best amnenity of this hotel!! I recommend staying here if you are willing to subject yourself to the very touristy times square. Overall nice stay.
