Check-in Instructions: Please note, this is walk up property with no elevator, operated by a virtual doorman.
Upon arrival you will find an intercom located on the entry door. Push the button to be connected to our call center, available 24 hours 7 days a week.
After identifying yourself the call center will provide you with a unit number and a four digit code to enter the room. In the apartment you will find a key for the front door of the location, which will give you an independent access to the building during your stay.

Upon check in, my room had been given to another party. It took over an hour for the mangement company to find the keys to another room. The hallway had a musty odor; the bed was so horrible that I slept on the couch! Management of the apartment complex totally unresponsive. When opening the curtain, the rod fell on my head. The door handle came off when trying to leave the room! Save your money. Stay elsewhere!

Great bar; outside the apartment first on your right. Excellent food, service, multiple screens for football.

Disaster!
Upon checking in, it took the front desk over an hour to find another apartment. Mine had already been given to someone else. The hallway had a musty smell and the door wouldn't open (since the handle just turned and turned). Once inside, the mattress was so thin, you could feel the springs. Toilet seat was broken; when opening the curtain the rod fell on my head. Nice view of the Empire State building; but for $1,500.00, would rather have had a good night sleep. Chelsea staff is pathetic! Watched as time after time the front office tried to call; waited on hold (once over 30 minutes) and then disconnected. Learned from the residents of the building that there are always "problems" with apartments that were pre-paid not being available. I spend 100 days a year on the road; worse experiance EVER! You'd have a better night sleep staying in the back of your car!
