Amenity-heavy hotel in Times Square with a hip, modern vibe
The Best Western President Hotel at Times Square looks traditional on the outside, but the interior spaces have a youthful, modern look. A renovation gave rooms and public spaces a clean look. Free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, business center and plenty of in-room amenities appeal to business and leisure travelers. Great location
Great location to Times Square but many problems with the room. The heater/air conditioner would not turn on and pipes banged all night long, the shower curtain was too short allowing water to spill all over the bathroom. I told the front desk and maintenance and it was never replaced. The TV was fuzzy but maintenance fixed it quickly.

Great stay and fantastic location
Hotel is clean and the staff is nice. Just they were cleaning the outdoor carpet at 8am and i was sleeping

fair facility, great staff
It's what you expect from an older facility in NYC. HVAC doesn't work too well sometimes, elevators a little slow, but if you want to be in the heart of the theatre/ restaurant district for a little, it's perfect. Staff went out of there way to correct minor inconveniences.

Overall the room was fine. The problem was that my room key never worked. I had to have staff let me in every time. Had 2 different rooms and 8 room keys. Yikes!

A block away from the center of New York!
The suite honestly looked better than the pictures. Room cleanliness was outstanding. A block away is times square, restaurant row, theater district, you name it, it's there!! Not much time was spent in the hotel due to its proximity to soooooo many activities, but overall amazing experience and hotel!

Great for location & price
This is a really good place compared to others in time square for location and price. Rooms are decent size although bathrooms are small. But for the price and location it is a good deal, especially for tourists who won't be spending much time in the room anyway

Room was clean, location was solid, and seemed to have some pretty well known & liked Viet & Japanese places to eat. But the rooms have no view are extremely small and an upgrade was being moved into a Queen sized bed. Hey at the end of the day it's New York, if you came to this City to stay inside you chose the wrong place to visit. One block from central Times Square, infact the neons actually shined into my room which made me laugh a little.

totally waste of money
1) Room was smaller than normal bathrooms 2) bed was not at all comfortable 3) AC had a annoying sound every few mins as if something is going to break 4) bathtub was no bigger than 3 ft 5) room was missing basic amenities 6) location was in a small street from where there is absolutely no view of times sq. I would never stay here and never recommend this to anyone

Great Value and Comfort sooo close to everything in Times Square
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were very large by NYC standards. Sadat was so helpful, kind and informative. We loved the decor and everyone was welcoming and helpful.
