Amenity-heavy hotel in Times Square with a hip, modern vibe
The Best Western President Hotel at Times Square looks traditional on the outside, but the interior spaces have a youthful, modern look. A renovation gave rooms and public spaces a clean look. Free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, business center and plenty of in-room amenities appeal to business and leisure travelers. Best Western President Hotel Review
Room and hotel were as expected. Room was small but there is so much to do that we only went to the hotel to sleep. Staff was friendly. Location is great; right in Times Square.

unbeatable location for the price
clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, a bargain, would recommend without hesitation. the only problem we had was operating the shower but it is our fault for not asking for help. this hotel is much better than the hotel from my last trip. Because of the convenient location my granddaughter and I were able to have 4 fun filled days in New York. We planned out every day and were able to do so much more than I thought we would because of your location. The trip was a present to my granddaughter for getting accepted into pharmacy school and the memories will last a lifetime for both of us. I love Manhattan and can assure you I will stay with you again. After hurricane Katrina, our family lived at the Best Western in Destin, Fl for 2 months and have returned there running from another hurricane and will go back if I have to evacuate again. We were treated so well there that this was part of the reason I chose to stay with you this time. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nice location, clean rooms,best price.
I just loved. A very good place to stay. I probably would stay there again and recommend for my friends. I missed some security to get in the hotel, but i notest that this kinf of thing doesn't exist in nyc. Well, it was a very pleasant stay, for shopping, and I really beliave I made the best choice for how much I wanted to spend. Very good vacation time!

Get the lobby shuttle for the airport and watch the number of bags..If you have 2 plus the handbag you will pay 2 tickets. Watch out brazilian people...

During the hot summertime.....
We arrived on the hottest day of the year in NYC. On the good side: Room was nice & cool. Bed comfortable and room clean. On the not so good side: the "decor" was tacky. Room was very small. But, we only needed a clean comfortable room to sleep in. We spent our time out on the town. If I ever return to NYC, I would definitely stay there again. Staff was courteous and helpful also.

Could be better
The air conditioner in this hotel is horrible! There's only 2 settings Freezing cold or Super Low to the point you might as well shut it off. [...] Also a charge of $25 for a room key something again wasn't mentioned.

Worst Hotel Ever
It was a disaster from the start. No chair at desk, latch on door that did not work, not enough towels,no ice bucket- toilet overflow in middle of night-wife used few towels that we had to mop up and being a medical person noticed a great deal of mold around toilet like it had not been cleaned in years-what else had not? Wife took pictures of mold to send to NY Dept of Health-the people at front desk were inefficient and rude-told them about mold in our room and in lobby restroom and showed pictures-were not concerned.Overall this was not a good experience[...].

When we went to check in they had no record of [...]making reservations but after 20 minutes they found them the staff was very helpfull and friendly they actually let us go up to our room early because it was already cleaned but two nights in a row we asked for extra pillows and never got them when we walked in the room there was pieces of cereal on the floor and when we left 3 days later it was still there after the first day we used up the facecloths and they never put new ones in so its the housekeeping staff that is that is terrible not the rest of the staff
