Amenity-heavy hotel in Times Square with a hip, modern vibe
The Best Western President Hotel at Times Square looks traditional on the outside, but the interior spaces have a youthful, modern look. A renovation gave rooms and public spaces a clean look. Free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, business center and plenty of in-room amenities appeal to business and leisure travelers. It's ok if you don't have to deal with the staff
The hotel is overpriced for the size of the room and the general condition of the facilities. You can barely see the check-in counter past the bar area. The front desk staff are dreadful. My television didn't work, the toilet ran all night, and the clock/alarm were set to the wrong time, but couldn't be corrected. The location is great, but if you can afford this hotel, you could probably just as easily stay somewhere else.

nothing great but OK Types
location is perfect; walking distance from times square! overall the experience was good but our room was not that great. the mattress was worn out, the heating system was noisy and the heating controls didn't work... shower had almost no pressure...

great location
a few minor dissatisfiers, hair dryer did not work, ac/heater did not cool quickly, had trouble with wifi in the room, but not in the lobby, had an issue with the tv, but was fixed within five mins.. location was great, not on broadway, but a two minute walk, could see times square from the window. staff was friendly and helpful. restaurants were convienent, wallet friendly, and food was good (if you like asian). would stay here again on my next trip to ny!!!

NY Getaway
Hotel is in a great location, walk to theaters, shops & times square. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Only problem we had, we had to ask for more towels 3 times & never got them. I have stayed here quite a few times & will go back.

Nice Stay!
I was impressed with the location and staff, I felt very safe and secure at all times. However I wasn't impressed with the shower it was cold the whole time and it was very hot in my room. Other than that no complaints!

Great NYC ChristmasTrip
The staff was very warm and welcoming! They were very accomodating and I would return to this hotel. It was also great to be able to check our bags at the hotel for a later departure from the city. Excellent service.
