Just okay...
Lots of things in this hotel were not working or simply broke. They provide only 1 washcloth no matter how many times you call and ask for more. Room was supposedly and "upgrade" but was the size of a shoebox which I know is typical for NYC but this was extremely small. Not enough room in the bathroom to dry off after shower. Staff was occassionally helpful (if you caught the right person) Smoke detector in hallway started chirping at 2am. When I called front desk, was told it needed a battery. It took maintenance over 1 1/2 hrs to complete that task. A simple battery change... Will stay elsewhere next time.

the stinky tiny deluxe room with tiny what they call queen bed
we ordered the deluxe room with the queen bed thinking that we'll get somewhat a dissent room. IT WAS NOT. The room was stuffy. The air-conditiner was noisy and exrimly old. The TV was not HD as you would assume to have now days. The shower was exrimly noisy. We stayed 3 nights and they would not add on the shanpoos and stuff. The staff was extrimly not people friendly. To add on the beauty to our wonderful experience , the hotel double charged us. PEOPLE DO NOT STAY THERE. YOU'LL HATE IT.

Business Trip
My trip here was great! I was in town for business, a short 3 day stay. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, small but that is to be expected for in the city, would stay here again. It was close to restaurants and anything in Time Square you could want to do. The two restaurants right outside of the hotel had excellent food and offered a discount for staying at the hotel. Staff all are very pleasant and helpful.

Not a good look.
I was apart of a bachelor's party over the weekend. We left Atlantic City to come to NYC to party. We just needed two rooms that would allow us to get dressed and rest our heads for a few hours. Issue #1 I called in 3 times to check on the status of our reservations and to make sure there were double beds and they gave us attitudes every time. Issue #2 They said there would be a double bed in each room and there wasn't Issue #3 The AC was broken in my room and the temperature was 78 degrees in the bedroom Issue #4 The bathtub and the sink would not drain at all. Nobody seemed to care because we booked through the site. It was a bad experience, I would not go back there again.

You can do better
Great location, just off Times Square. My room faced W48th and was EXTREMELY noisy. Honking, sirens and truck noise made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was so small, once inside it was impossible to close the door unless standing in the shower. Don't expect too many amenities, or hot water, for $450/night. There are much better options.

Dirty rooms - even after maid service!
I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Upon checking in, I was really excited to get to my room. The bed was comfortable and room was good size, but it was grossly dirty. I looked under the bed and could see all the dust, a plastic cup, a tube of something - it had clearly not been vacuumed in a very long time. The bathroom had hair on the counter - yuck! Even when the maid came the next day, they didn't even make any effort to make the bed or fold the towels - in fact, I'm not sure what they even did in the room. The bartender downstairs was a joke - I ordered a vodka soda and received it w/o ice??? In the morning, I was charged $11.95 for oatmeal and juice. The one highlight was the sushi restaurant next door. I would never stay here again - seeing as how one night was $343! What a joke! There are too many other good hotels in the city.
