Amenity-heavy hotel in Times Square with a hip, modern vibe
The Best Western President Hotel at Times Square looks traditional on the outside, but the interior spaces have a youthful, modern look. A renovation gave rooms and public spaces a clean look. Free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, business center and plenty of in-room amenities appeal to business and leisure travelers. perfect location for theatre district
If one is interested in theatre in NY this is a perfect place to stay--just a walk away from most shows. Lots of small venues for a quick meal. Room adequate and clean. Modern bathroom. Price not escessive as most hotels in NYC.

Great Experience
The Best Western President Hotel was a great all-around accommodation. They accommodated us with the basic essentials. The room and hotel itself were a bit snugged. The double room we stayed in is just perfect for 2 people. It will get real cramped if there were more. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would stay there again in the future.

Greate location
The location was the best, near by time square but the room was un-comfortable. There is no heater and the air conditioner was broken.

Enjoyable Stay
We stayed at the Best Western President Hotel for 2 nights and would absolutely stay there again. I was surprised that this is only a 2 star hotel because the accomodations and location were great and we had a really positive experience here. My 13 yr old daughter and I went for a mother-daughter Broadway weekend and saw 4 shows while staying here and the location is central to all the theaters we needed. The room was comfortable and a nice size for 2 people and I was really surprised at how clean and well-kept the room was. Best of all, the bathroom was new and soooo clean (which can be hard to find in a more reasonably priced hotel in Manhattan!)Will definitely stay here again!!!

My review of Best Western President Hotel
The room was very small for the price, but the bathroom was well-lit, clean and relatively spacious. The bed was comfortable, the tv functioned, however the view was a dirty alley and there was little room to walk around the bed.

nice location
the location of this hotel was very nice. It is close to Bus terminal, times square, and broad way. That means confortable for sightseeing. But the hotel service was not comfortable. At the time for check in, the counter clerk never show the welcome.... they were impolite to customers. except for this, thigs were fair price.

Not as good as expected
The Best Western Manhattan was not as impressive as I had expected. The safe was loose in the closet which didn't make me feel safe enough to leave my valuable belongings in it. Also, there was a whole in the lock in the connecting door which made me uneasy. It was, however, very close to everything which allowed us to go out all day and night walking. But what disappointed me the most was the used bandaid that was stuck to our bed blanket. It was disgusing.

LOCATION is best!
We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel - the location could not have been better for us as we saw two broadway shows both 1/2 block away. We were able to walk in any direction of the city in short amounts of time. Would stay there again. Room was very small, but for the time you are in the room - it didn't matter. It was clean and nicely decorated. Make sure to close your curtains or the residents across the street wave! :-).

buy the 2 day passes for the tour busses - well worth the price. Saw alot of Manhatten in a quick weekend trip. The hop on/hop off is great.

for new york is just ok
The Best Western was comfortable, the room seemed much smaller than most with a desk area and a table . I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a counter and there was space for hanging clothes . The location was ok
