BEST WESTERN PLUS Hospitality House

Staff very helpful and informative, breakfast in hotel set us up for the day especially when you are out sightseeing all day, good choice of tea coffee juices, breads pastries bagels muffins, yogurts jams cream cheese fresh fruit as well as eggs and bacon. the only downside was the dining area could be congested but you do have the option to take your breakfast up to your room remember to bring down a tray. Room cleaned and fresh towels each day, toiletries supplied, beds extremely comfortable kitchen in room had a large fridge/freezer cooker kettle etc handy if you want a tea/coffee at night. The hotel is situated near to 5th ave, park ave, maddison, times sq. rockafella centre and central park, grand central station all within a short walk. A few good restaurants in the same street Italian, Indian and a really good grill and chops called Smith and Wollensky best food we have ever had. The city bus tour has a stop on 49th street once you cross Lexaton at the side of the Waldolf Hotel We would book this hotel again.

This hotel was the perfect location for train travelers and walking distance to Times Square. Our room had some water damage so they over compensated with a better room which was nice. The rooms appeared to be very clean... the only negative was our friends we stayed with found a cockroach in there room, yuck!!

A convenient place to stay for what we wanted it for. Large quarters with full amenities. Staff took good care of us from front desk to housekeeping. Could have been a little better breakfast but the best way was to take it back to your room for it got very crowded in the small space. A slow elevator--needed key each time---but small hotel with only nine floors. They are redoing some of the rooms and some do need the work. I would tell others to stay here.

From before we even arrived, Sam, was fantastic, accommodating, and cordial. The place was more than expected; huge, clean, very comfortable. Location is great, and everyone was very nice. They even arrange pick ups for airport.

Great value for money. Rooms very spacious and cleaned to a high standard. Complimentary breakfast really good, loads of choice, all staff extremley polite, helpful and friendly. Couldn't recommend highly enough for accommodation in this price bracket.

The main bedroom was comfortable and the availability of a full kitchen makes this a great opportunitiy for a short or longer stay.

It's an older building but they did the best they could with it. I could have stayed there for an extended period of time...spacious room. Great location and great value for New York.

Spent 6 nights here with 4 friends in 2 bed apartment. Clean spacious luxurious, fully fitted kitchen, clean linen and towels regularly. Sam on front desk an absolute godsend. Breakfast which is included in price could not be better, coffee, teas, juices, waffle, pancakes, toast, fruit, croissants, and more absolutely fabulous. Central location only a couple of blocks from Times Square. For value for money you will not beat this fantastic getaway.
