Birthday celebration

Didn't meet our expectations. we had to change rooms to a bigger one since the one they gave us was way to small. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Perfect location at a great price

This hotel had everything I needed for a great price. It was located within a very short walking distance to Broadway and Times Square. It helped make my short stay in New York City very affordable. The room was small and not fancy but I didn't spend much time there. It was clean, cozy, and safe. It was quiet at night.

Great Location

Well I think it was a good hotel. However I went on a budget trip so I was expecting what I paid for which was like 90$ a night. So for this price it was AMAZING! literally you walk out of the hotel make a right and time squares is right there. Only thing is that the room is tiny but I was with my bf so we did not care and also we barely spent time in the hotel. so I def recommended it. the reviews scared me but don't believe everything you read. Again I am not use to 5 star hotels so to me it was a good hotel because the location killed it

Disaster room in great location

Some of the rooms have been remodeled, and I was told to request one of them next time. Do the same leave if there are none available. Old style steam heat radiator hissed LOUDLY every 15-20 minutes heat not controlled from the room. Hot, then cold. Almost impossible to sleep w/ hiss. Small room but OK for a low price great shower. TV w/ only a few channels, and coffee only in the basement lounge (simple bkfst. was $10 extra). Super location 1/2 block from subway, lots of restaurants in the same block. With a remodeled room this would be a good property.

Great trip bad hotel

This hotel should be downgraded to 2 stars motel. The room was so small that it was to hard walking around the bed. There is 0 sound proofing, so every time someone closed the door on the floor, they waked me up. TV was from 1960. probably first color tv invented. it was showing only 3 or 4 channels. Room was clean, but it had nothing to do with the picture shown on the registration page. Would not EVER go there again. The only reason people might choose this place is the location.
