Nice-price boutique on Park Avenue near the best of New York City

Nice hotel for NYC but not 5 star

They did a nice job during the recent renovation of 70 Park Ave. The hotel is clean and felt comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the 2nd floor room I had. The windows were completely frosted and didn't allow any light in due to the fact that a large A/C unit was directly outside. Not bad, but if you want something nicer and in a better location stay at the W for a couple dollars more.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

If you like burgers step over to Lexington Ave and hit up Black Shack. Great little place.
