"Unbeatable location for the price"
Our room was large for New York standards. It was clean and very modern. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful! Location was great, but you really cab alot in New York. Went to the theater, did some shopping on Fifth Avenue and in Soho, and went to MOMA. Dining experiences were great also. Will definitely be back for another visit!

Went to a fun bar called "Don't Tell Mama". I have never laughed so hard in my life. Very adult theme, but lots of fun! It's in the theater district.

Excellent! Wonderful Hotel
The hotel is 3 blocks from Grand Central. Great Location! Very nicely appointed room. Also, the staff was super helpful and friendly. I had to print out 5 pages for my meeting and the concierge just did it for me..NO CHARGE!!! I love that. On the downside, room service was really expensive.

Fantastic location
The location was perfect. Only a few minutes walk from Grand Central Station and 5th Ave. Starbucks was only a block away. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to NYC.

I have stayed in many hotels in
I have stayed in many hotels in the city but by far this was the best. I prefer smaller boutique style hotels . The location is superb, staff super friendly and helpful. The fitness center is around the corner , just a short few block walk. Makes you feel like you are a part of the city. Wine hour is a bonus! The best kept secret, I feel like I've found a gem!!

Love the location...
Very clean hotel with a very welcoming staff. Not one complaint. If you're a tourist, it is an ideal location - walk to time square - $5-10 cab ride anywhere, short walk to the subway - still, you experience the softer side of New York, you don't have to fight for a cab or walk from the front entrance into a blinding crowd.

Good location
Everything looked fine until we actually unpacked. Although the beds were comfortable, the room was quite small. It had a t.v. that you had to watch from the bed because there was a chair on the other side of the room and a desk chair blocking movement from one side of the room to the other and no chair could really be placed in front of the t.v. The bathroom was cold, the window was poorly insulated as were all of the windows. So if you turned up the heat it was too hot, and although there was a heater in the toilet it was right next to the toilet and would burn your leg if it were to be used (and thus it was never used). Very little space around the toilet for your legs. An engineer came and put a sheet over the bathroom window for me when I complained about how cold it was and it didn't do much good.

Superb hotel
The 70 Park Ave. Hotel was a great hotel for a long weekend...the accomodations, location, and staff were all outstanding. We were prepared for a tiny, cramped typical urban hotel room (having experienced that in Chicago, Paris and London) but the one queen bed room was very comfortable for two...the two closets were more than enough space. The location was ideal for walking to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and many NYC sites. Two blocks from Grand Central station is a plus. Most importantly, we always felt safe in the area.

Meet
70 Park Avenue is located in a superb Midtown neighborhood a few blocks from Grand Central Station. Its a quiet stretch of Park Avenue where there is a fine for honking cars! The wine reception in the Lobby is a great way to meet people from all over the world. Our double queen room was ample in space but with a tiny bathroom. The complementary coffee in the morning is exquisite. Great dining selections are nearby on 2nd and 3rd Avenues. Shopping is closeby on Fifth Avenue. The NYC Public Library is just a few blocks away.
