Clean and acomidating in ideal location value for price an. Nice room

Average. Strong cleaning chemical smell when you first enter the room but you get used to it. Paid for a city view, got a construction site view. Paper thin doors, heard the vacuums at least 3 times in 1 day. But for a room and a bed, it's good for the price.

The room had eurine smelling, we can not sleep in the night because it was stink. The staff came at night with air freshner spray which made it worse because the room had no air circulation. Our complaint was been denied by the staff, They gave us new room the 2nd day, but it smell the same. We could not sleep, we are disappointed to Ramada Long Island city hotel.

A clean well kept place that is a quick subway ride to most of Manhattan. The staff tries hard to please. The rooms are kept clean. The beds are very comfy. There is a refrigerator in the room and a new flat screen LG TV. The only difficulty was that you have to park on the street. But, there seemed to be plenty of available spaces.

Terrible service and obligatory prepayment plus terrible breafast. Asked for baby crib in advance and in place; after 5 days, never got it nor got any other acceptable option. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful even though we've been understanding. Included breakfast is inedible, cold, and not sufficient for the people in the hotel (i.e. often empty when we got to it). Only redeeming thing is that the room was clean (although no view).

I booked this hotel to be close to Manhattan without the Manhattan price. It was an average hotel, clean. Staff was pretty cool, let me check in super late (2 am) and let me extend my check out time to an hour later.

This hotel is nice and a reasonable location if you are able or willing to walk. Not much within a block.

The hotel overall wasnt too bad at all, considering the location, I guess the price is reasonable. THe neighborhood was quiet for the most part until the last night when I was awoken by a serious fight within a group of people. THey were so loud, I think it woke up half the hotel. Like I said, overall, it was nice and close to the subway, very nice. I'd go back.

Decent Place - Staff was not impolite, but not great either - very wooden and impersonal. Good clean room, good bathroom - 10 minutes walk from Queensboro plaza station - to downtown.
