Street
Parking was very limited toward the night time. Room was by the street next to the McDonald's. Can get loud because close to the metro. Otherwise, it was a nice stay for one night.

Great location for reasonable price.
The hotel is located only 10 minutes away by the subway from the times square. The hotel is niceand modern, the complimentary breakfast is good enough and fresh. We will certainly recommend the place and come here again. You cannot get a better deal so close to Manhattan.

Maintenance
Room we had was fairly clean but shower had leak from room above and ceiling was coming down. Refrigerator in the room worked but the freezer part hadn't been defrosted in months and had so much ice built up that the door wouldn't close. Handicapped elevator in lobby was broken. I didn't begin my next morning with " a leg up on the competition".

Pleasant stay
This was a nice place to stay for a week in the big city. There is a subway stop about 3 blocks away. The breakfast was adequate, though not great - mostly cereal and baked goods, and a bit of fruit. But, there is a 24 hour McDonald's next door, and a gas station about 2 blocks away where you can get conveniences. Also Pete's Diner was a nice little place, also about 2 blocks away. There was a refrigerator in the room. The hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly, and overall it was a good value. As other reviewers have said, there is absolutely zero parking, but we didn't have a car so that didn't matter to us in the slightest. When we checked out we asked them to call us a cab, which arrived in about 5 minutes. Very good.

We bought the New York Pass, and got into well over $300 worth of attractions for under $200 (for a 7day pass). Highly recommended.

Great for the price you pay
For a hotel in the city, it was great. About 4 blocks from the 7 train, great places to eat near by (some of which delivered right to my room) and the staff was very helpful. Wasn't too excited about the continental breakfast (which consisted of bagels, pastries and cereal) but you get what you pay for. The rooms were very clean, and I even had a fridge and coffee pot in my room, which made my stay even more pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for NYC travel!
The room was clean with basic amenities. It's a little small, but it works. We had a refrigerator in the room. Since we spent most of our time in the city, this was a perfect home base. The train stop is very close and it is a quick ride to Manhattan. The neighborhood is safe and I felt comfortable walking back and forth to the train. There is a 24 hour diner near the hotel that we hit on our way home. The free breakfast at the hotel was pretty basic, but it saved us from buying breakfast. We also used the free parking, which was convenient. Overall an affordable clean bed with good access to transportation and parking.
