Nice hotel....BUT.......
The price was right, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, close to the airport but a bear to get into the city. Their shuttle service would take you back to the airport for you to get the bus into the city and hotel side they were there quickly. However, each time we called and waited at the airport for a shuttle it was up to 45 minutes, no less than 30 minutes. That was my biggest complaint because the hotel was clean and the breakfast they provided had something for everybody. They had eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffels, cereals, fruit, to list just some of the offerings. It was also a safe part of town.

Call for the shuttle on your way back in from the city instead of when you get to airport. And know that it takes at least an hour of public transport to get into the city. Taxies may cost more but a quicker means.

Excellent location and clean!!
My family and I stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to laguardia airport for one night. To my surprise the beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel rooms were very modern. Also a plus was that the following morning before check out, we enjoyed complementary breakfast that included everything!! Even a station to make your own waffles :-) i will definitely stay at this location again!! Thanks [...]!!!

Good for inexpensve business
Restaurant is across parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff helpful. Directly across from LaGuardia

Horrible room
The room was horrible
I was given a smoking room when I specifically requested non-smoking. I'm not a smoker and never smoked. [...] Needless to say, my stay was horrible because I hated my room. They didn't change my room because they were supposedly booked. I'll never stay there again! and I'll not recommend it to anyone.

Poor manageme comunication in this hotel

This Hotel was ideally placed for transport to and from LaGuardia airport. It was very clean and well appointed. It did not have any restaurant facilities except for a very adequate breakfast. However the Crowne Plaza next door had a 24 hour service. There was a very regular and efficient shuttle service between the hotel and the airport.

Clean and nice hotel for a good price
This hotel had a good vibe to it, at first glance. When we arrived there was some free parking slots that we lucked out and we vacated. For the room we first walked in and it still had that new smell. It was very clean, bathrooms were nice, had hot water and wow you can control your on heat and air. Loved the flat screen TV with HD feed.. Only complaint I would have was it was a little noisy(If your a light sleeper) in the morning cause the walls were a little thin, but other then that I highly recommend this place if you are going laguardia airport or flushing, NY like we did...
