Exceptionally Unique
Beautifully re-finished cozy heritage hotel, with all the latest amenities. Great downtown location. Our room was small, but very clean & functional. The Butler service was incredible! We have never experienced anything like it! A truly classy & exceptionally unique hotel!

The Mansions Hotel
Very beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Buffalo. The room was small but very nice and clean. Not many amenities but the service staff is excellent. Continental breakfast is out of this world.

This hotel is outstanding. The attention to detail from homemade cookies in the room to the fine linens to the beautiful breakfast is a pleasure and a rareity to find. Worth the splurge! Perfect for a romantic weekend or anyone who just needs a little extra pampering.

Anyone on a special diet (eg. vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) can walk to the next block to Merge, a quiet little restaurant with pretty good food.

Stunning
This is the best one can think of. Perfect and friendly service of butlers, comfortable room, gorgeous building, sedan service and many pleasant small things like hot tube, night cookies, delicious croissants and beautiful view. The hotel does not provide for shuttle to the airport though, but it is overcompensated by other pros. Would recommend to everyone.

Good offer
This was my first stay at the Mansion on Delaware, although I lived in Buffalo for 4 years. At check-in my husband and I were offered a complimentary cocktail and accompanied up to our room by the hotel 'butler'. He parked our car and brought up our luggage which is something that you just can't get at the chain hotels and especially not for this price. The room was really nicely appointed with a very comfy bed and sitting area as well as a jet tub and updated bathroom fixtures. A continental breakfast is included in the morning in the front, very sunny, rooms of the hotel. Overall, it was great and very close to the Delaware and Elmood strips as well as to Chippewa.
