Great weekend getaway
Our favorite place to stay in down town Buffalo. Live locally but go downtown occasionally for the theater and nice dinner. The Hampton is convenient and ever so comfortable. Staff remembers us when we arrive.

Comfortable in many ways
The security system is very good but it takes time to learn how to use room keys and the elevator, they are complicated.

Couples weekend
Overall was a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Fire alarm went off on our second night and woke us. Probably should have been compensated for that it some way.

Excellent downtown base
Good location for visiting the courts, library etc in downtown Buffalo - all within easy walking distance. Large, comfortable rooms, back-friendly beds, a lounge chair and footstool that I looked forward to each evening. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was grateful for the free computer/printer access in the business center as I hadn't brought my laptop. Wished my room had had a mini-fridge, but didn't think to look for that in choosing.

Front desk Staff needs training
I have stayed there for 4 nights, there are some nice staffs and good airport transportation. However, some staffs even didn't know what the attractions nearby and transportation eg bus stops around the hotel.

Classy
We stayed here overnight, we went to Niagara Falls the following day, which was just a short drive away. Our room was clean, so was the whole hotel. Very nice exercise room and pool. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

We asked the staff if they could recommend a good place to eat and they did - Pearl Street Grill and Brewery is a must!!! So yummy!

Hampton Buffalo
It was absolutely beautiful and clean, we love the room and the location. Some of the staff was rude though, we were left damp towels hanging all over the bathroom on the second night which was very upsetting but other than that the room was great.

relax in buffalo
The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was attentive and the shuttle to and from the airport was definitely welcome.
