Front desk bad - restaurant very good
Personnel at front desk said he couldn't give me change for $100 at 11 AM Saturday. The restaurant manager helped me by wiping out his register. He had to go back to his safe to replace his cash drawer. Front desk personnel told me I couldn't ride the shuddle bus to the airport, I paid a taxi $40 to take me there. As I waited for my taxi the hotel shuttle took 3 airline people to the airport. The van seats 10 people. Down-grade this hotel to 2 stars.

Great getaway
The hotel was perfect location. I was visiting my daughter at college for her birthday. It was a 5 minute drive for her and the desk was kind enough to validate her parking so she could come and stay for a while in the evening. she had class the next morning, so we met after that and spent the day celebrating her birthday. Loved it!!!

Family Weekend Trip
Lots of mix ups as far as our rooms. Rooms could use some updating and exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Staff doesn't really know much about the hotel. Food is just OK.

Great location
Couldn't ask for a better location to walk to the Buffalo Sabres game but not pay an outrageous price. Hot water was a bit iffy, but we figured out the trick of how to get it to work (too bad its not straight forward!). But overall a nice stay.

International Shopper
Satisfied with stay
Location is great, right off freeway.. Cant miss it! Perfect for shopping both galleria and outlets, located between both. Staff is friendly. Lounge is conveniently open late and serves food. Rooms are relatively clean, bathrooms could use some updating. Rooms very cool, could not get the thermostat to regulate properly. Strange odour in hallway but room and lobby smelled fine. Would recommend to a friend and will likely stay again in the future.

Perfect for GameDay
Booked this hotel during a Buffalo Bills Game. Convenient Location, easy access to Thruway and major highways. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to switch rooms to a King and to same floor as other friends.

Adams Mark was in a good location, I was a little afraid of the area for safty issues
It was a good value for what we paid. Parking was extra nor breakfast waa included or discounted. so all in all we could have paid more and gotten the same value.

better than expected
I was a little worried when I saw the bad online reviews but it had top notch amenities and the room was modern and renovated. It was as nice as rooms I've stayed in other cities for more money. I read online they are in the process of selling this hotel to Crown Plaza which might have something to do with the improvements.
