Ramada Bronx

Staff towards my sister and I is EXCEPTIONAL. Other family members comment the same. Staff is great and we are regulars. Jacuzzi rooms are great for couples. I have been there when it was the econolodge and now as Ramada. Fond memories for myself and great accommodations for others. Two thumbs up.

Bare essentials, somewhat worn down. Slightly funky smell throughout the building.

The room was decent. The staff was not friendly at all. If u have a car the hotel has limited parking.

I did not like it at all. It was too expensive for where it was located. The people of not helpful, the area is very scary looking, and no parking at all. I do not recommend at all. stayed one night and the next morning I was hoping my car was still there.

mind you i have nothing against working girls but not while i'm thier. asked for non-smoking room and we got a smoking room with lots of disinfectant spray and also if you wanted a smoke detector you had to ask for it at the front desk ???

So we overlooked the bullet proof glass that the receptionist was sitting behind, my room was adequate, the bed was big and comfy, but my friends who aren't as vertically challenged as I am, found their beds to be too short and had their toes sticking out! If it hadn't been for heater in the room i would have found the amount of bedding inadequate to keep me warm. Breakfast consisted of frozen/microwaved pancakes, cereals, toast, bagels, coffee, juices, frozen danish pastries, cakes and waffles that came out of a spray can! I did spot an apple and a banana on one occasion though! The one thing i did note which i found particularly disturbing- the only drinking water available was found in the vending machine so you had to buy bottled water if you didn't want to suffer from dehydration. Having a taxi firm on speed dial was a great asset, considering you had to catch a bus to the nearest train station and we were only there for 4 days so time and convenience was of the essence. All in all the hotel was fine, but location and breakfast did really not work for us.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was very good and staff was very helpful.Staff called for a taxi for us.Overall very good experience.

first of all the parking was terrible and the staff not very helpfull,extreme noise in the hallways and large smell of illegal drugs such as weed,the placed looked like a hookers convention with all the type of clients that where coming in and out of that place.the room was dirty and the linen was dirty I had to insist that I get clean linen and put them on myself so that I knew they where replace.the furniture was old and had stains on them. it look like someone had dropped a bunch of food or something on it.they did not has a printer for there guess to use and there computer room was a hall closet with no ventilation at all let alone any stapler or paper for there guest.this place is a dump and I am real upset that I spent my money in a place like that.this will not happen again I went on you guys recommendation and got burned.

Hotel is tacky and breakfast arrangement is the poorest I have ever experienced anywhere in the world.

The parking was terrible , but that was the only problem with this hotel ... the room was secure clean and very nice. The hotel staff was wonderful and nice. Had a very good stay and will stay there again whenever have to go back out that way .
