Great location to get anywhere easily around the Albany area. Nice clean room with great tv. Very good value. One warning Don't eat at the resturant out front of the parking lot! worst place we can ever rember

We came to Albany to reconnect with friends and needed enough space in our hotel room to accommodate the four of us plus our visitors. We were not disappointed. We had comfortable queen size beds, the bathroom had a separate sink/mirror area from the toilet and bath, there was a pull out sofa if needed in the sitting room,and a kitchenette area with sink, mini fridge and microwave. Plus complimentary breakfast!! We were so comfortable and to add to our excellent stay the staff was superbly welcoming and helpful.

Springhill Suites in Colonie
This hotel has nicer than average facilities but upkeep is not the best. Our coffeepot was broken (they replaced it immediately) when this should have been noted by housekeeping. Our toilet took two flushes to completely flush. We had a power outage while there. I would stay there again if needed.

springhill suites
this was a business/family visit trip..hotel is new and clean...nice location, rooms are cool and kind of oriental feeling, sliding opaque door for shower and toilet area...they are separate which is good and bad...upon getting in the room, it looked spotless until i looked at granite top around sink area, sink was clean however top looked dirty and when cleaned with towel it looked yellow, hope it was coffee, maid didn't do to good in leaving clean glasses each day...plus we were charged $4.00 for phone call when we left...we both have cell phones so rather puzzling also, we wanted to check back in after a detour to Philly...phone was never answered, after 4 tries called different hotel...overall nice rooms, but watch the help! p.s. their breakfast area is nice...had fresh fruit salad, waffle making, and nice selection of cereals and muffins.

Nice, clean hotel...
We were in town for a wedding and we missed reserving a room under the book at another hotel on Wolfe Road. For the same price, we booked at SpringHill Suites and received far better accomdations, complimentary breakfast, and a much nicer experience. We will stay here again on our next visit to Albany.
