Needs a little love

Hotel definitely needs a little love. Rooms were stuffy, dirty and very standard. No upgrades at all, fuzzy television and AC didn't work. Turned on the shower and dirty water came pouring out. Hotel needs to be upgraded to stay in business with all of the other options that surround it.

very causal

unlike the outside appearance of the hotel, inside is very casual, rooms are very old fashioned, dirty carpet, old TV's, basically looks like a motel inside. rarely see people gambling in the casino! they only have slot machines, and no tables! that's why no one comes here to gamble. location is good and close to Gondola and other big hotels. I don't recommend it to anyone though!

smelly

We checked in around midnite and the room had not been cleaned. There was empty alcohol bottles on the tables and both beds were a mess. The front desk guy was great, he apologized and gave us another room, that's the only reason they got a star. The second room he gave us reeked of urine as if someone or a pet urinated in motel spots of the room, and there was a dirty diaper under the curtains which means that room had not been thoroughly cleaned by housekeeping. With two tired parents and three cranky little kids we just dealt with it. The casino was a ghost town no matter what time of day or night it was, and the restaurants closed really early. For the price we paid was not worth it, and would definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Not that great

We had to switch rooms three times because of the AC not working in any of the rooms and other things in the rooms not working. The arcade didn't have anyone there until 4pm to get a gamecard. We were wanting to play, but couldn't because we didn't said gamecard. The Starbucks in the hotel barely had any drinks and did not except gift cards. The buffet was closed, which was a huge disappointment. The casino was boring and a lot of the games didn't work. Four Seasons had good food though.
