Motel 6 feeling in a Huge Hotel!...
It is obvious that Horizon Casino Resort is not as good as the other three big hotels. The weekend rate was excellent, the noise level was low which make up for the deficiencies. Bedsheets and blankets were not that clean, the carpet is old and spotty in some cases. The restroom was stoked with the bare minimum necessary. No flat tv, no internet, no closet no iron, no hair dryer!... Do not expect the amenities of a Hilton hotel. This is just a bed and a restroom with shower! I do think that you can get do better at staying in a motel 6! and do not fall for the lake view rate... not worth it!

NICE VIEW
IT WAS OK. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT. THESE BIG HOTELS NEED TO STOP CHARGING FOR INTERNET ACCESS WHEN THE MOM AND POP MOTEL GIVE YOU FREE ACCESS. SMDH! MY WIFE DID BUY A NEW COMFORTER FOR THE BED, SHE JUST DOESN'T TRUST THEM. THE VIEW OF THE LAKE WITH MOUNTAINS COVERED IN SNOW WAS THE BEST PART OF THE ROOM.

Great Price. Great Customer Service!
It was great, staff were friendly. Two things: Quite a walk down the hall to our room and hallways needed cleaning at the time; probably someone had a wedding (rice on carpet). Great views of the snow peak.

Nice Staff, the rest stinks.
The Green Lantern Motel for $39 on weeknights is a better value. The Horizon is falling apart.
