incredibly helpful staff
Our in bound flight was cancelled and then on our next attempt to get there, our luggage was lost. This hotel's staff was so warm and helpful even though we were there for only one evening and super stressed out from the travel problems.. It was super clean, very efficient and well organized. The perfect place for a business trip.

Very nice
We stayed in a one bedroom suite. This was a very nice room, but there seemed to be a problem with towels the entire stay. There were no towels several times throughout our stay and they said all we could do was call in the morning. And the pool was cold, although my daughter didn't seem to mind! And the only other issue was the sofa bed was pretty bad, but aren't they all? Otherwise, a very nice room with lots of space for our family of four.

Wonderful hotel for families
Has all the amenities any family would need; all in a good location away from the bustle of the big casino's. But most of all, away from the smoke. Indoor pool is great. Breakfast area is very small and can get extremely overwhelmed.

Perfect Stay!
This is a great hotel! Staff is friendly, the room is extremely clean cleaner than most 4/5 star hotels I have seen! The decor is up to date and nice. Theres plenty of space in the room. The kitchen makes you feel right at home and the complimentary breakfast buffet is a full on buffet from bacon, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fruit, cottage cheese, cereal, waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, juice, coffee; the food was a good and let's you save money to spend on other things other than food. I would definitely stay here again whenever I come out to Reno. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Reno. It's nice to not have to stay in hotel that smells like smoke and it's a pretty quiet area.

Manger is Unethical w/ Visa and billing
Manger is Unethical with Visa and billing - I paid and booked my room via orbits. The Hotel knew this and also charged my visa (which was for incidentals only)an additional full nights room charge. The manager will not come to the phone and I have spent three days trying to resolve.

WAS ON A PROPERTY TOUR OF RENO/LK TAHOE.I NEEDED A CENTRAL LOCATION TO GET AROUND RENO AND LK TAHOE. PERFECT LOCATION OFF I395, DOWNTOWN IN 15 TO 20 MIN(YOUR TIME MAY VARY) GREAT ROOM WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW, VERY CLEAN WITH AN ATTENTIVE STAFF. A TERRIFIC VALUE AND A TRUE GEM IN THIS MARKET !

Excellent Price and Quality
This facility is very new, modern and clean. Desk staff were very helpfu. Rooms and air conditioning controls were excelent. Showers very good. Breakfast area is very small for the amount of people seeking service; i.e., one waffle maker for about 70 people at a time. If you want something at or close to a gambling casino go elsewhere. This is a facility located in an industrial park.

Great Family Visit
Comfotable, quiet,kitchen came in very handy. The staff very friendly and very ready to help, answer questions or supply anything we needed. Breakfast very satisfying, something for everyone.
