Come to see the Rig, stay for the dining, shows and spa
The first thing visitors need to see is the Rig. The centerpiece of the Silver Legacy is a 120-foot automated mining rig inside a dramatic laser light filled dome that pays tribute to Reno's past. But that's certainly not all this mega-resort has to offer. The large casino includes the Zone sports book, poker room, keno and all popular table games. Amenities include a wide variety of dining and drinking destinations, entertainment and a full-service poolside spa and fitness center.

Hotel was very good and location was great but there was a problem. I requested a non smoking room and it was not available. So I had to check out and relocate to another hotel for the weekend.Not good since this was a weekend trip with the family.

Not the best
I used to really like to stay here, not any more. Rooms are all very small, bed was like sleeping on an Army cot and the bathroom was like a closet. Say that it is newly remodeled, I think they changed the colors of the bedding. Will find another place to stay.

Enjoyed our time away
The Olympic two bad experiences was....the buffet was extremely pricy...regretted eating there. The television in our room would freeze up for 15 seconds every three minutes...very annoying. The staff was very nice, probably will not return though. Thank you.
