House keeping needs help

They charge a resort fee for 2 bottled water and coffee but forget to replace the water each day. Two different days the coffee was only decaf (2 packs) and no regular. Food at the restaurants was very good Access to parking was also good.

great deal, nice place

Rented a "condo" at the Grand Sierra - it was nothing different than a hotel room at half the price. Spacious room, beautiful shower, fun pool with sand - like you are at the beach. I don't gamble so didn't do the casino but the place was nice. Only bad thing was dog show at the hotel and you couldn't go anywhere with out them. walkways, outside, elevators, Love dogs but that was a bit much.

Grand Sierra review

This hotel keeps making changes, but few of them seem to be for the better. A small example is they converted the entire lobby, check-in and elevator are to tile and Carpet. You sometimes can trip going from tile to carpet and it makes pulling your rolley suitcase more difficult.
