Old but good
We were on the quiet side away from the road, and had a good night. The water faucet in the shower was loose, it took a bit to get the heat adjusted. All the rooms on our side had a half dozen steps, either up or down. The breakfast room was limited since the regular one is being remodeled.

On the way West
We flew into Reno, so this hotel was just minutes from the airport and very easy to get to even in the dark. The hotel restaurant was very good for the included breakfast. Other restaurants and shopping across the street. A casino blocks away and not in busy downtown.

Room was clean, Room was dark, even during the day. This hotel is on the edge of what I would consider the safe part of Reno.

Good accomodations and great location
We were in town for the Bill Cosby show at the Silver Legacy and couldn't get a room there. So we booked this hotel instead since it was only 5 mins away from the Legacy. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and we were surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room considering that this hotel seems to be fairly old. Although my husband thought the pillows were uncomfortable and didn't sleep too well as a result, we both agreed that we would definitely consider visiting this hotel again.

hotel was ok
rooms were ok traveled to carson city whilke in reno. very helpful at the front desk.the resturant at the hotel was ok but very busy due to a basketbakkl tournement and was understaffed. our waitress did all she could toi accomodate us in our time of waiting.

Great Place
Great place. rooms were clean. facilities were fairly new and in good working order. Check-in folks were friendly. Porch and courtyard were nice.
