Peppermill Resort Spa Casino

The room I had was so comfy. The bed was great. and I really enjoyed my stay. The casino was awesome I didn't need to go anywhere else :-) the sports deli had yummy sandwiches at a decent price. The fireside lounge was also an amazing experience.

Perfect all around! Friendly staff, clean and beautiful room. Awesome pool and fun arcade for the kids.

We were "upgraded" from the Peppermill standard room to the Tuscany. Our "upgrade" included being put right next to the elevators and the ice machine was right next to our door. Between the convention people, partiers and people getting ice we got to sleep from about 2:30 am to 6:00 am when the guests with small children and early risers started. Thankfully we only stayed one night. When I mentioned my disappointed to the check-out staff all they had to say was sorry and have a good day. The hotel room was beautiful but for $230.00 a night it was not worth it!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will recommend and stay here again.

We had a marvelous stay at the Peppermil and loved almost every aspect of our stay. The only concern we had was the smoking in the casino areas but this is a personal choice. Otherwise our room was excellent and the service was superior.

Absolutely looooved this hotel!! Perfect get away beautiful hotel and room! Definitely recommend for romantic get away. They have everything in one roof. tons of restaurants which are just so nice to look at.. Whatever You feel like having they have it! excellent front desk super helpful! It's also fun for the kids they have a huge arcade it's like a chucke cheeses in there! lol Their pool is sparkly and just perfect! One small complain... very loud fighting guest next door to use kept me up in the middle of the night.. other than that its great! Will return very soon!!

Everything from check-in at reception, to the room (and room service) to the restaurants and lounge were first-class. Large room, comfortable bed. Convenient parking. Would have expected to pay much more for this. Highly recommend.

The hotel room was very large and oppulent! Everything was topi notch! The living room was very spacious with very high end italian style furniture, and flatscreen TV, The bedroom area had very elegant and comfortable king size bed with many accent pieces including Italian rennaissance style night stands, lamps, desk, wet bar, and and two sitting benches. The bathroom was gorgeous and spacious with all marble flooring, two sinks, jacuzzi bath, shower with to theraputic shower heads. Trury a fabulous stay.

We stayed in the new Tuscany Tower in the Peppermill and it was great. We had a small suite for a very reasonable price and the room was great. Very spacious and modern. The hotel overall was above average, it is one of the nicer locations in Reno. The 15 minutes from Downtown was a pain (cabs usually run $12-15 each way). Downtown Reno is a lot more rundown than I remember. I was satisfied with the hotel, especially for the price, but overall unsatisfied with Reno.

People are very friendly, but front desk is always very packed and have to line up if you want to talk to them directly. Even if you call the front desk, usually, you can only get to an automated machine. Even checking out you are to leave a voicemail with your info and trust that they will check you out properly. That being said, there are kiosks and other methods that make life easier for people who are not turned off by staring at a computer screen. Even valet tickets are to be scanned by a valet kiosk instead of handing them to an actual person. Room itself was very nice and clean. If you get this at a good price, I think you wouldn't regret it :)
