Very Nice Reno Experience

All ok....swimming pool on a roof was adequate...should add potted plants and greenery for added ambiance. Pool area was adequate...but obvious hotel preferred you to be in casino and did not want you to find pool overly nice. Biggest negative...$11.00 extra charge for room wi-fi access. positives..nice room, great price, casino, good food

In and Out

I stopped here on an overnight to break up a drive to Las Vegas, so I mostly needed a place to crash. Parked, walked into the hotel, and was checked in in minutes. Same routine getting out. Only downside was the always interminable walk through the casino area dragging my stuff to elevators.

Great spot downtown

We had a great stay at Harrah's! The staff was very friendly and helpful-suggesting great places for Tuesday night fun. We had a great view from our room and the price was definitely right. The hotel is also centrally located so that we could visit a lot of the nearby casinos. I recommend!
