WiFi Advertising

Generally GOOD. However when I looked at the list of hotel amenities I noticed a swimming pool which unfortunately was not indoors and WiFi which I expected to be supplied in the room at "No Cost". It is my belief that you should mention that there will be a fee for internet service. The previous stay at the Sands Regency in Reno had similar advertising with respect to WiFi, however they too charged for in room internet at some $6.95 compared to $10.95 per day at Harrah's. The Sands Regency however did provide free WiFi on the ground floor. What I am attempting to point out, some may consider the fact that your site does not mention fees for the internet in the room, most would assume that it would be included in the Hotel daily rate. Regards, Michael J. Nusse

A little hard work and it could be so much better

Its the little things in life that make things good. A tv remote that works, The 7th floor of the east tower smelled like skunkweed, the elevators occasionally BANG scaring the heck out of you, people that work there acting like they care about and are happy with thier work, even if they arent happy at least act like it and take some pride in what you are doing. Overall its not a bad place if anyone would take pride in what they do and treat everyone like they want to be treated when on vacation... I wont be staying there again
