The hotel is nice, a little warn out in the bathroom and in some public areas. The pool was small, very little shade, and patio dirty. Staff was friendly amd there is a lot of security. Will return next year for Hot August Nights.

Great place to stay Down Town, close to everything

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. I would stay again. This was within walking distance to everything down town. The River walk in the summer is really fun. If you want to get wet you can rent tubes and play in the water or if you just want to enjoy the area, there are a lot of resturants along the river to enjoy as well.

Had.a nice stay in Reno.

The hotel room was very nice and clean and the price was amazing. The location is great. We were able to walk to the River Walk and all over down town. This town is so different than Vegas. The staff was very friendly and the pace of the town is very relaxed. I would definitely stay there again.

Eh....

Comfortable. Staff was friendly. Great location. Good value (with an online discount), or so we thought. They charge extra for EVERYTHING. The internet and most t.v. was very expensive! Even the coffee in the room Was an expensive charge. And the t.v.was not viewable from one bed because it was inside of a cabinet (mounted) and the cabinet doors did not open all the way so obstructed the t.v.. Very poor design. Oh, And they put a $100 block on my credit card (and didn't tell me) that has still not been removed. We checked out 2 days ago! So basically, if you are just looking for a place to spend the night with a downtown location and nothing else (and pay online for discounts), it's the place for you.
