Hampton Inn and Suites Reno
Excellent location in terms of finding the hotel from the freeway. Near shopping centers, movie theatre and lots of yummy restaurants (free breakfast should be free). Room was very nice and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fitness room just had two treadmills and some weights. Pool room was hogged by the minor children of guests and so I was unable to utilize except for early morning or late night when they were asleep and then it was not too appetizing to go in the pool after they had been in it all day, so we just skipped it.

Home away from Home
Hampton Inns rarely (if ever) disappoint which is why I continually seek them out. This property reaffirmed my belief that Hamptons rock! Clean, comfie rooms and way-comfortable beds. Location was awesome ... tucked away in an upscale office-park /residential area but close enuf to the airport. Altho a continental b-fast is served, we sought out the local fave "the Squeeze Inn" - great food, fun, funky atmosphere!

Good Airport Location
We have stayed at this hotel several times because of travel out of the Reno Airport. It is a nice hotel, however the pool is very small and the exercise room is almost nonexistent. It would be nice to have some weight machines in the exercise room. The internet is very slow, we have been unable to stream movies on our laptop using their highspeed internet. The beds are very comfortable and they have a nice breakfast. The hotel is nice and quiet. The staff is helpful too. The last time I stayed there they upgraded my room to a suite because someone had smoked in the non-smoking room initially given to us. Over all, we have been very pleased staying at this Hampton Inn.

Never again!
We checked in around 3pm, walked up to our 'read' room, walked right in on an occupied room! My husband and I were shocked that the hotel would not know that their was someone in the room. We had to walk back down with all of our luggage and re-check in. All we received was a "sorry bout that". The pool was indoor, so our plans of spending some time in the summer sun by the pool were nixed. In the morning the maid service came in at 8AM- we were still sleeping and checking out that day. Not sure why they needed to come in that early. All in all, this was less than mediocre. Will not stay here again. Very, very disappointed.

3 Weary Travelers
Clean and Quiet - and out of the way
The hotel was great - nice staff, clean, quiet, and an awesome breakfast in the morning. It was well worth the money, especially if you are just staying in Reno on the way to somewhere else. If you are looking for any nightlife, or interesting restaurants, you should probably stay closer to town. This is located in the middle of a "tech center" and you have to drive to any restaurants, all of which are chains.

clean,easy off the freeway, dull
The location was convenient for me. The reception was quite friendly but the hotel is dull dull dull. Lighting in the bathroom was not adequate. It was pretty cheap however so for one night it was ok.
