Great Place to Stay
Rooms are spacious and the staff very helpfull. Conceirge parking was included in the resort fee which i feel is a nice perk. We've been there before and it's always perfect. Only thing that might be improved is the check in. Lines are generally too long.

Fabulous Birthday Getaway
Pretty spontaneous group outing for a birthday celebration. We all booked our rooms separately but the front desk was so accommodating in arranging our rooms all together. We checked in separating and we're scattered between 2 floors but within a couple of hours we had 5 rooms all right next to each other. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be doing it again :-D

Got the value room to check it out since i had never been to the gsr and was surprised to find it was a very decent room. The main problem i had was that the accessible room i got did not hav a shower bench n i had to get in n out if tge tub which is a bit difficult n time consuming since I'm in a wheelchair

Great Spot to Stay in Reno
My girlfriend+ and I decided to stay in Reno the night before I flew out of town and needed somewhere that was pet friendly, nice, and affordable. We were initially concerned about the distance from the downtown casinos where we were heading, but it was really no problem at all (<$12 cab ride each way) - and, honestly, we liked being further away from downtown than being right in the heart of the presently downtrodden biggest little city. The pet fee was reasonable ($30) and they even had an area just outside the hotel designated for you to take your dog. We went to dinner and did some gambling downtown before returning back to the home casino (decor was much nicer than anywhere we were gambling downtown) and then utilized the in-hotel bowling alley. Overall, it was a great place to stay, especially so when you factor in the great price.

very good and kindness expect come entertainment
The room is large and clean. I'm very comfortable. Especially, I want to drink hot water. I ask room service and they friendly gave me a hot water(8 cups of water) just $1.25. My family enjoyed trip with relax. One bad point, "fun quest(children's game place) is not good. Some machines were out of order and our children were boringsome.

Nice enough
While not perfect, it was perfectly fine. My biggest complaint is that the place is massive and there was no clear apparent guide to its ammenities either located in the room or on the room TV. It was rather confusing as to determine exactly what amongst all the stuff was available when.

Nice, but a bit pricey for Reno
Nice casino, grounds need some TLC. Lots of activities other than gambling, but still a bit pricey for what it is. Room was nice, but faced north and only had a view of the highway and not downtown or the mountains. Ask for something that doesn't face north.

Grand place to stay!
No problems or issues what so ever! I stay here a lot. You can usually find a bargain price and the rooms are always clean and quiet. The best part is the airport shuttle. Just 5 minute to the airport.

Perfect stay for the perfect price
I scored a really good deal on this hotel. I had a corner room and it was awesome. The only bad thing is that this hotel is pet friendly and I had atleast 8 to 10 flea bites by my ankles and toes. But other then that it was alright.
