My room
This was my time to stay here.... I had to switch room twice for the smell and the mold The maid throw away a envelope that had all my work Receipts in it there was not salf in any of the room on that floor along with the room I first went in to.... I will no stay here again

Nice getaway
Good for a short time away from a daily routine, just witch I had a small refrigerator and a microwave available in the room.

Bargain, but limited amenities
Not pleased with 30% addition to the room charge. Should be honest about what they are going to charge. At the best bargain level, lack of amenities and increased distance from front desk made experience less friendly. Asked where the concierge desk was located and told it would be a $60 charge to be on that floor. ... !! ... Inexpensive stay was the only value. Would not recommend for entertainment or attractiveness.

Volleyball tournament
I was in Reno a few weeks prior to this stay and compared to the other hotel that I stayed in downtown, Grand Sierra Resort was very nice. The rooms were excellent and very clean. The hallways were clean and was free of the smell of smoke.

/Great but.........
Great deal!! I don't gamble or it would be a poor choice. No fridge, microwave or ice. Large great room with a long way to carry my stuff. No breakfast or indoor pools or hot tubes. At $36 can't be beat! ps:You are too pickyBye

Great Value
I was originally put on a pet floor even though I did not bring a pet. The room smelled like many pets had been there, but when I called to complain they instantly put me in one of the newly rennovated rooms. The new room was gorgeous, and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
